Music has always been a central part of Stella’s life and occupations; when Stella isn’t
teaching or performing, she works as Vibroacoustic Sound Therapist and Vocal
Midwife/Medicinal Musician bringing cutting-edge sound technology and time-tested
vocal attuning /breath-work techniques into the realm of health and wellness.
As a medicinal musician Stella plays, composes, and educates on a 9-note Celtic-D Hang
Pan, doumbek drum, frame drum, wooden spoons, hammered dulcimer, guitar, ocarina,
crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, and her most beloved instrument of all, her
ancient Greek lyre, named Apolla.
Her downtime is spent indulging in luxury coffee, connecting with nature, and creating
digital art for her book projects while her two pugs, Picasso and Rembrandt, cuddle with
her on the purple couch.
