2025 CHARITY MUSICAL - 1965
Take part in as many or as few acts, based on audition results.
Our annual charity event is a complex project with an unusual number of ensembles playing LIVE all at once!
We break it down for students for easy learning and put it all together for a magical experience.
Teachers from across the globe have signed up to train you for this event.
It is an investment in your child's musical as well as personal growth.
Don't postpone it!
All students interested in taking part in this event will review the SCHEDULE and the tuition from below and then submit the APPROVAL Form. Here is the ZOOM CALL recording of our call.
FAQ: Why would one want to join GROUP VOCALS?
Ans: Anyone can join these groups based on audition results. You may be too young to be in the chorus program but this GROUP VOCALS will give you a chance to be in the big shows. You will experience the excitement of a big production/show on a revered platform.
For the monthly rehearsals, students who are already in 3 lessons/bands with Notesnbeats will be charged only 50% for May, June and July ensembles, until workshop starts.
Students that will be placed in multiple ensembles will pay ONLY one fee (whichever is the highest).
Students of existing rock bands DO NOT need to audition. They do not need to pay extra until the workshop starts.
Students cannot stop their existing lessons because of this event. If this happens, you will be moved out of the event.
TENTATIVE schedules are shown in the schedule. These may increase as the event evolves.
You must fill out the LIABILITY RELEASE FORM before the start of the workshop. If you filled one out for the Jhumka event in 2024, you can skip this.
Featured singers will be charged extra this year. Expect even more ramped up training this year.
Photography and Videography is not included as part of your event fees.

1130a-1230p (Saturdays)
$99/month or $135/m (late registrations from June)
Workshop: (5 wks)
Jul 14-Aug 8: 10a-2p (9a drop off is fine)
Week of Aug 11-15: 10a-4p
$500 for entire workshop
$100 for event fee and performer ticket.
Depending on the stage size, chorus may or may not be fully visible when they are performing with bands.
Parents are encouraged to find a seat where their kids are visible on stage.

Featured singers who are not already in lessons for light music must sign up to train with one of us.

Rock Band
Rehearsals: On-going
$99/month or $135/m (late registrations
from June)
Workshop: (1.5 weeks) - See Schedule for band specific times.
Week of Aug 11-15: 10a-4p (9a drop off is fine)
Weeks are assigned to bands. See schedule.
$400 for entire workshop
$100 for event fee & performer ticket.

The training for this fee includes 1-2 songs. It is a bonus if you in more songs than that. Also, depending on the size of stage and layout of band, you may or may not see your child fully. Make sure that you find a seat that has the best chance to see your child.

Workshop: (1.5 week half-days)
$250 for entire workshop (includes event fee and performer ticket).

This is a group song so please know that some kids may not be seen as well as the other kids, although we try to ask the shorter kids to come to the front. Sometimes, the kids themselves don't want to.
